Silbert and Company is a family-owned bagging business established in 1968, which has been actively supplying new and once used woven polypropylene, hessian and jute bags to the industry for 54 years.

Our Director, Michael Selikow, joined the family business in 1995 and is vastly experienced in this field. Over the years he has built a solid relationship with both his Customers and Suppliers.

Our speciality is the supply of 50kg woven polypropylene which are largely used as Sand Bags in the Construction and Swimming Pool Industries.

Our 1 Tonne Bulk Bags are utilised for Mining (Chrome/Sand/Coal). We also supply bags to the Agricultural Industry for the packaging of Maize, Beans, Potatoes, Seeds and Nuts.

Our Bags are also used in the Plastics industry for packaging of Polymers, Resin and Pellets.

We supply the industry with New and Used Woven Polypropylene Bags, New and Used Bulk Bags/FIBC Bags and Sling Bags. New and Used Hessian or Jute Bags, Knitted and Woven Leno Mesh Bags and Shopping Bags. We also supply container bags and liners and Equipment, eg: Hand held Bag Closing Machines.
